台南地院駁回李全教的迴避聲請

台南市議長李全教被訴請當選無效案，因承審法官王參和為台南地檢署發言人蔡麗宜之夫，李認為有失公允，日前聲請王迴避，台南地院今天駁回李的迴避聲請。

台南地院表示，蔡麗宜非李全教被訴請當選無效案的檢察官，因非當事人，所以王參和無須迴避。
