大陸國台辦11日舉行新聞發布會，有記者提問：台灣復興航空失事以後有消息稱，大陸的航空公司待遇好、環境好，因此很多的台灣航空公司的機師被大陸挖角，這成為台灣很多航空業的關切。請問國台辦是否會會同相關部門出台規定，考慮限制大陸聘任台籍的飛行員？

根據台灣網報導，對此，新聞發言人馬曉光回應指出，我們注意到台灣有這樣的說法，我們認為這種說法是不負責任的，是推卸責任的。據瞭解，近年來，應台灣方面的要求，根據台灣飛行員本人的意願，大陸經營兩岸航線的航空公司有限地招聘了一些台灣飛行員。同時，日本、韓國、越南，甚至中東的航空公司也都有聘任台灣的飛行員。兩岸各類專業技術人員的流動，符合市場規律和個人的選擇，應該以正常的、平常的心來看待。
