寒流減弱但輻射冷卻　今晨最低溫8.5℃

中央氣象局指出，今天寒流減弱，但東北風帶來的冷空氣仍維持強烈大陸冷氣團的強度，加上輻射冷卻較為明顯，今晨平地最低溫為桃園新屋8.5℃、其次是新竹9.5℃。

氣象局針對中部以北地區持續發布低溫特報，但白天在太陽照射下，各地氣溫將明顯回升，中部以北及東半部都將回到19到22℃，南部地區高溫仍有24℃，西半部日夜溫差大。

水氣偏少，西半部地區以晴到多雲為主，迎風面的東半部地區及北部山區仍有零星的短暫雨。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
