學生專案手機合約問題~20點

最近我的手機合約到期了，
但是我沒有要考慮更換新手機，
然後我原本是用遠傳學生專案698，
也就是 499+398/2 吃到飽的網路，
我希望新的合約能夠有
1. 吃到飽(3G即可，有4G更好)
2. 月租可以抵打市話(如果補貼金夠高，這項可以忽略)
3. 合約補貼金 or NP費用可以多一些(重點!!!)
4. 新的合約金盡量不要跟舊得差太多(重點!!!)
