魏應交當保證人 魏應充離開北院

台北地方法院審理味全食品公司使用大統長基摻假油品和以低價棕櫚油調合油品案，法官上次開庭時將魏應充限制出境、出海，今天上午開完庭，再追加魏應充3億元保證金，並要求找1名能提出10億元保證金者當保人。

魏應充的哥哥魏應交下午到台北地方法院簽下10億元保證書，經法官審核後，4時許率先離開法院，並雙手合十說「謝謝」，未回答媒體問題。已支付3億元保證金的魏應充，也在哥哥離去後約5分鐘，跟著離開法院，但他沉默未回答媒體提問。總經理常梅峰則以1000萬元交保。
