標題[討論] 售後服務好的筆電廠商

去年二月購買CJS的QX-350， 在上月底出現自動斷電馬上重開機的狀況， 在一分鐘內可以反覆重開好幾次， 25號報修到現在都沒主動來電， 期間打了五六通追進度都沒確定的答案。 今日也來電告知硬體部份都沒問題， 後臺跟線上報修的訊息之間聯絡也很掉漆。 如果之後維修回來還是一樣真的會怒賣一台新筆電，所以想請教下在各品牌中，有沒有維 修品質及速度可以讓人滿意的，apple除外XD 謝謝 http://i.imgur.com/bON5czJ.jpg
