　　Flyhigh Works（フライハイワークス）宣佈，將自 2015 年 3 月 18 日起透過任天堂 e-shop 推出 Wii U 版下載專用遊戲《吉安娜姊妹：扭曲夢境》（ギアナシスターズ：ツイストドリームズ／Giana Sisters：Twisted Dreams），售價 1,500 日幣。

　　本作為一款由德國遊戲開發商 Black Forest Games 製作的幻想動作遊戲，以少女「吉安娜」（ギアナ）意外進入夢中世界展開冒險為主題，描述吉安娜為拯救雙胞胎妹妹瑪麗亞（マリア），來到「夢之國」（夢の国）並展開一場奇幻冒險之旅。


　　本作最大特色為吉安娜擁有天真無邪，擅長迴轉動作，能簡單越過「惡夢」中各種恐怖陷阱的金髮「可愛造型」（キュートスタイル），以及衝動野蠻，一頭紅髮，擅長使用衝刺攻擊以排除障礙的「龐克造型」（パンクスタイル）兩種極端樣貌供玩家任意切換，選擇不同造型所遇到的關卡風格也會不同，兩種造型合計共有 23 個關卡可供玩家挑戰。
