台籲分享南海資源 菲媒肯定

菲國主流英文媒體引述台灣官員報導，中華民國積極推動與南海聲索國家共同探索及開發南海，作為和平解決南海長期紛爭之道，期許相關國家擱置主權爭議，共創互利。

「菲律賓每日詢問者報」奎斯孟多（TarraQuismundo）不久前受邀訪台，他在台北訪問了中華民國大陸委員會經濟處研究委員高銘村。

報導引述高銘村說，目前南海情形也可比擬為兩岸關係，儘管仍存有挑戰，但近年來已有相當的改善，雙方如可暫時擱置爭議及分歧，共創雙贏局面，則各方均將同蒙最大利益。

奎斯孟多也就菲律賓針對南海爭議尋求國際仲裁一事詢問高銘村的看法，高銘村說，中華民國政府的立場是各方以「雙贏方式」解決爭議。
