網路預付卡

想問網路預付卡要去哪買?
我手機本身是月租費台哥大
但因為家人說家裡有wifi 所以不讓我辦吃到飽
然後網路預付卡申辦是不是未滿20不能自己辦需家長陪同
還有網路預付卡是那個量用完再去儲值
還是一個月到就沒了就還要再去儲值
整理一下我想問的是:

1:我手機本身是月租費能用網路預付卡嗎
2.未滿20是否需家長陪同
3.我的電信是台哥大是去台哥大申辦嗎
4.網路預付卡是量用完再去儲值還是一個月到就需再儲值
儲值是7-11就可以儲嗎
(拜託越詳細越好真的想知道 T^T)
