鄰居違反「致歉保證書」判賠50萬

竹市：葉家及李家是金山街鄰居，因改裝套房出租，施作共同壁發生糾紛交惡，葉男2008年間以電話、發送簡訊恐嚇李男之妻郭女，隔年3月底丟石頭砸破李家窗戶，雙方告上法院後和解，葉男簽下「致歉保證書」，保證不再做出不利李家的行為，否則賠100萬元，卻又小動作不斷，遭法院判賠50萬元。
