【Dr說】被貓狗抓傷　傷口忌貼OK繃？

許多民眾養貓、養狗，難免會被貓狗抓傷、咬傷，網路流傳，遭貓狗抓傷、咬傷，切忌貼OK繃，以免細菌在傷口內感染，導致發炎。台北醫學大學附設醫院皮膚科主任王國憲說，貓狗口腔、爪子充滿細菌，遭貓狗抓傷、咬傷後，應將傷口徹底清潔、消毒，若是一般的抓、咬傷，仍可使用OK繃包覆，讓傷口漸漸復原，但若傷口較深時，建議就醫治療。

王國憲說，遭貓狗抓傷、咬傷時，應先用生理食鹽水充分清洗傷口，再塗上優碘或消炎藥膏，如果傷口不深，可用OK繃包覆，避免碰水，以防傷口惡化，但若抓傷、咬傷的傷口較深，或受傷後約3天，出現發燒、傷口化膿等症狀，研判應是傷口感染、發炎，建議應速就醫。（沈能元／台北報導）
