感情狀態改「喪偶」　老婆被老公告

既然曾為夫妻，又何苦撕破臉？
 
今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，賴姓女子今年初與丈夫王男感情不睦，在臉書貼文大罵老公「你他媽的還在喝奶嗎？死媽寶」、「癟三」、「趕羚羊勒！你就那麼沒肩膀唷」，甚至將狀態改為「喪偶」，王男發現後憤而提告。
 
兩人離婚後王男堅持不和解，法官認為，賴女在網路上的用詞均是謾罵嘲弄王男，已屬對其人格負面評價，判賴女拘役40天。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
