印度央行總裁：Uber違反金融法規

印度央行總裁拉詹27日說，智慧手機叫車App「優步」（Uber）未使用印度電子商務信用卡付款認證系統，而是使用海外付款系統，違反金融法規，「不論違規的是誰」，政府都不會容許。12月初印度德里傳出Uber司機強暴女乘客案，Uber未善盡調查旗下司機背景的責任，德里市府下令封殺。
