新華社：北韓網路再陷癱瘓

新華社報導，北韓在將本週稍早網路斷線歸咎於美國後，今天再次遭到同樣情況至少2小時。

新華社說：「當地時間晚上七時半左右，北韓的互聯網和手機3G網路，再度陷入癱瘓，到了九時三十分，網路仍然未能恢復正常。」
