邊開車邊吃漢堡 駕駛吞罰單

開車時吃漢堡也會被罰款？阿拉巴馬的一位駕駛人在喬治亞的高速公路上，不僅吃了漢堡，還吃了罰單。

喬治亞州亞特蘭大的當地電台WSB-TV報導，因漢堡而吃罰單的特納（Madison Turner）在亞特蘭大附近的高速公路上行駛，但沒多久他就被警察攔下，稱其一邊開車一邊吃漢堡，而且一連吃了兩哩路。此舉已違反喬州的駕駛法規，警方因此給特納開出一張罰單。

特納向WSB-TV表示，攔下他的警員對他說，已看他駕車吃漢堡吃了兩哩路。隨後還對他說了三次「你不能這樣一邊吃漢堡一邊開車」。

特納說，「也許是我吃漢堡吃得太開心了。我應該把吃的先放在一邊，而且我也願意這樣做。但我真沒想到會為此吃上罰單，還要罰款」。不過他已決定在下月出庭時反駁這張罰單。

熟悉相關法規的律師則表示，這是他們頭一次聽說有駕駛人因開車時吃東西被罰款。他們還認為，只要本案到了法庭，法官定會撤銷罰單。因為這類罰單成立的唯一可能便是駕駛人因吃東西造成車禍。
