陸南海造陸 越南要求停止

繼菲律賓與美國昨天抨擊中國大陸在南海島嶼的填海工事以及呼籲相關國家共同正視陸方此舉後，越南當局今天除了表達抗議，也要求陸方立即停止所有填海工事。

越南外交部今天下午在河內市召開每月例行記者會，外交部副發言人范秋恒（Pham Thu Hang）在答覆媒體提問時強調，越方在南海（越稱東海）問題上的立場是明確與一貫的。

她表示，越南擁有足夠的法律及歷史依據可證明對西沙和南沙群島（越稱黃沙和長沙）擁有主權。

她強調，越方堅決反對並要求陸方尊重越南主權，嚴格落實南海共同行為準則宣言（DOC），立即停止所有填海造陸的工事、以及改變南沙群島現狀的行為，不讓類似違法行為再次發生。
