新北市發生2名少年毆打街友的事件，影片曝光之後在網路上引起撻伐，2名少年事後都陸續到警局投案，一人則是出面公開道歉，而且都說若能找到受害的阿伯，他們願意親自向他道歉並補償。

沈姓少年21日下午在母親陪同下到警局投案，並面對媒體公開道歉表示：「如果再讓我看到他（受害街友），我一定會向他道歉」，希望社會大眾能再給他一次機會，不過被問起為何要拿街友出氣，沈姓少年則回答：「受到朋友（林姓少年）慫恿，沒有想太多」。

林姓少年21日晚間也在父親陪同下到警局投案。警方經過搜索後，22日下午找到受害的街友，並將於傍晚6時召開記者會說明。
