立院三讀 未享健保外籍漁工不需補繳

立法院今晚三讀通過「漁業法修正案」，增訂漁業人雇用外籍漁工未領有全民健康保險憑證期間，不需再補繳健保費。

國民黨立委蘇清泉表示，近年來健保署以勞保局的外勞資料庫為依據，向漁船主追討民國98年後未繳的健保費。但這些外籍漁工過去未曾享有台灣健保制度，看病時都是自費負擔，許多漁工甚至已不再繼續為台灣船主工作，卻仍被健保署追繳健保費，從漁船主的帳戶中強制扣款、查封財產。

蘇清泉說，「漁業法」修正案通過後，過去未曾享有健保權益的外籍漁工將免除補繳健保費。
