鄭秀文足底筋膜炎無藥醫　疼痛難耐做復健

香港歌手鄭秀文（Sammi）日前結束12場的演唱會，她在台上持續勁歌熱舞的結果就是得到足底筋膜炎，她在微博說看了醫生也無效：「腳底的筋膜炎比我想象中難搞，現在連走路受壓也導致痛楚，演唱會時用盡一切方式強行鎮住痛楚去演出，但後遺症正施然而至，看了醫生也沒法子。」
 
無奈的她只好藉由物理治療來嘗試改善，並說復健師給了她一顆法寶：「物理治療師好心送予我這治療球，這球得靠自己耐心每天去推壓(舒緩)痛處，朋友說傷筋通常需要100日才痊癒。」網友也分享給她一些心得：「妳近期內都不要穿高跟鞋了！」也有人叫她多泡泡熱水，最重要的是「絕對不能再操它」！（路韋豪／綜合報導）
