正副議長選舉 蔡英文決推記名投票

地方議會正副議長選舉雖結束，民進黨內大查台南市議長選舉疑似跑票之事，民進黨主席蔡英文提出要修法將立法院長、地方議會正副議長選舉改為記名投票。今天晚間她出席基督教長老教會在高雄市舉辦的演講活動時，強調力推記名投票的決心。

蔡英文說，希望正副議長選舉，以後都能採取記名投票，讓地方議會選舉能體現政黨政治和責任政治，讓政黨與議員都能體現選民所託付的責任，負責任的以記名的方式來投票選正副議長。

新北市長、正參選國民黨主席的朱立倫朱也贊同記名投票，蔡英文覺得很好，更期盼法案趕快通過。

「愈快愈好！」她表示，如果兩黨都願意加入的話，可以很快的讓法案通過。
