金門小三通破150萬人次　創14年新高

金門小三通人數今年突破150萬人次，創下小三通試辦14年單年度新高！今年12月28日，小三通單年度旅客人數正式突破150萬人次，相較去年135萬4770人次，成長率達10.8%。
 
小三通自2001年試辦以來，初期人數僅2萬餘人次；亦曾因大陸相關禁奢措施及H7N9疫情等因素影響，導致人數一度逆成長，地方甚至憂心金門將被邊緣化。歷經多年努力，小三通人數在2013年9月27日正式突破100萬人次。
 
自今年年元旦起，陸客至金門、馬祖及澎湖觀光，可於入境時申請臨時停留許可，即俗稱的「落地簽證」；縣長陳福海日前偕觀光處長王中聖、港務處長許正芳前往水頭商港旅客服務中心視察，要求相關單位研擬因應措施，以吸引大陸觀光客對台灣離島注入更多觀光資源。（林靈／金門報導）
